The presentation will highlight his doctoral research and feature his practice of developing frameworks and utilizing tools to measure organizational resilience strengths and weaknesses to assist with developing business cases for additional investment in organizational resilience. You will:

Dr. Jones has more than 20 years of experience with the review, implementation and management of enterprise business continuity, disaster recovery and emergency management programs. He is the founder and Lead Researcher at ThinkGRC LLC. and a Professor at Berkeley College developing and teaching courses in Emergency Management, Homeland Security Studies and Criminal Justice Studies. Dr. Jones received his Doctor of Science degree in Civil Security Leadership, Management and Policy from New Jersey City University. Dr. Jones is also a member of the ACP National Board of Directors.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Bernard Jones has been selected to provide a chapter in the ACP’s forthcoming book “Members Best Practices”. The book will look to share content and real life application of continuity best practices highlighting the expertise and knowledge set of the ACP community.
Dr. Jones will be provide a chapter titled: Organizational Resilience Theory & Practice in New Jersey “A Comprehensive and Practical Guide to Measuring Organizational Resilience”. The ACP book chapter highlights the research completed by Dr. Bernard A. Jones and the updated Organizational Resiliency Index Tool, which was developed to provide organizations with the ability to not only measure their organizational resilience posture, but to also identify resilience strengths and weaknesses as well as learn the required actions to enhance their overall organizational resilience.
